If a product you receive does not match the description of the product that you ordered, GK Gluten free foods will replace the received product with a product that does match the description of the product You ordered, or You may receive a full refund of the purchase price.
If You order a product and subsequently decided that You do not want that product, that product can be returned and the purchase price refunded less postage and handling, provided that: a) You must inform Wheatfree.com.au (by email) within 7 days of receiving the goods; b) the product is returned to Wheatfree.com.au unopened; and c) You pay all costs, including postage, to return the product to us. We will only refund costs once the goods have arrived back at our warehouse (please contact us for address on 1300 766433, or email us from our Contact Us page). We recommend you insure/register parcels being returned.
Wheatfree.com.au aims to include in the Product List up-to-date pictures of the goods. At times, the picture of the goods on the Product List may differ from the goods actually supplied to you. Wheatfree.com.au does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the Product List and recommends that you read the Labels on Goods carefully before consumption.
Products Out of Stock
Wheatfree.com.au will endeavour to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. However, please be aware that our inventory can fluctuate due to sales demand, so an item indicated as "stocked" when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. Unfortunately, we cannot split orders, so in this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you of the lead time for your order to be filled and dispatched.
Changes or Cancellations to Orders
