Gluten Free Banana & Cinnamon Cupcakes
Ingredients
1 Packet of Kylie's Cupcake Mix
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 mashed banana
250g tub reduced-fat cream
cheese
2 tablespoons pure gluten free
icing sugar
Method
1. Follow
recipe to make cupcakes from the cup cake packet or using this link.
Add cinnamon to the flour mix.
2. Reduce the milk to 80mls and
follow pack instructions to mix 1/3 at a time with the flour.
3. Add 1 mashed banana. Mix well
then fold in the egg white until completely combined.
4. Bake cupcakes as per pack
instructions, until lightly browned.
5. Make icing Using an electric
mixer, beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. S
pread over cupcakes. Serve.
