Gluten Free Pancakes with a Twist of Yogurt - "Yocakes"





Ingredients:

250g Pancake Mix or 2 cups if
you buy in bulk

3 tablespoons of Natural Yogurt

1 egg or egg replacer

200mls milk or milk alternative

1 tspn vanilla

1/2
cup of sugar ( optional� )



Method:

Add all your ingredients
together and stir well. Your mixture should be a consistency where your spoon
makes a trail through the batter.�

Bake on a medium heat skillet.





Tip: Don't
have your pan too hot. This flattens the pancake out.
