Gluten Free Rum Balls
250g (1 2/3 cups) Gingerbread
Biscuit Mix
1 cup coconut
2 tblspns cocoa
1/4 cup of condensed milk
1/4 cup rum
Method:
Bake the gingerbread
biscuit recipe into a slab instead of biscuits.
Place gingerbread biscuit mix into
a blender to turn into crumbs. Mix all igredients together and then roll into
balls and roll in extra coconut or grated chocolate.
Place in the fridge until firm.
