Gluten Free Christmas Crackles



Ingredients

2 cups of Gluten Free
Puffed Rice or Gluten Free Puffed Millet

1/2 cup caster sugar or xylitol

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 cup of dried fruit or
gluten free choc chips

125g copha



Method:

Combine the puffed cereal
with the sugar, coconut and dried fruit or choc bits. Place the copha in a
saucepan over

medium heat until melted. Add
coph and choc bits to the puffed cereal mixture and stir to combine.

Spoon mixture into patty pans
or a muffin tray lined with paper cases. Place in the fridge to set.
