Gluten Free Museli Bread - Bread Mix Flour


Muesli Bread

3 cups of Bendy Bread Mix

1 tsp Egg Replacement

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Bicarb Soda

1 Sliced Banana

200ml Apple or Apple &
Blackcurrant Juice

¼ cup Pitted Dates

¼ cup Walnuts



Blend banana, fruit juice,
pitted dates and walnuts. Blend to coarseness of your choice. Sift together
bread mix, egg replacement, baking and bicarb soda. Add 200ml of water and
fruit mixture. Stir in thoroughly and place in a bread tin, do not over fill.
Bake at 160 degree C for 1 hour. Test with a skewer, if bread is not quite
done switch off oven and leave the bread for another 10 minutes.
