Ingredients Profile:
The ingredients used in this unique premix range have been carefully chosen as they are easy to digest flours using rice flour, potato starch and tapioca starch in an attempt to reduce the grain in our diets. Corn and soy ingredients which are the core of many gluten free products on the market, can be very hard to digest and still cause people who are coeliacs and have gluten intolerance digestive problems.
A small amount of raw sugar is used in some of our products to improve palatability. This raw sugar can be sifted out if required.
Finally we use a unique Whey formula which has pre-digested qualities for those who have dairy allergies.  There is a small predigested amount of lactose and a very small trace of casein (milk protein) .

NB: All maltodextrins and dextrose are sourced from Tapioca.

For the supermarkets we developed the Kylie's Rainbow Collection.  This collection is an easy convenient collection for families in handy size disposable packaging. Currently being stocked in IGA & selective Health Food store,  Bread Rolls, Cupcakes & Pancakes.
 
The mixtures are all plain so everyone who uses them can add their own flavours eg. dried or fresh fruit, choc chips, spices, nuts, bran etc.
