Rice Pudding or Porridge




Ingredients:


1 cup rice

200g
Premium Whey Drink Powder

2 cups of water


cup berries or alternative fruit


cup brown sugar

1
dessertspoon butter (optional)

2
lightly beaten eggs (optional)



Method:


Add
into a saucepan, rice, premium whey and 2 cups of water. Bring to the boil and
boil continuously for � hour or until the rice is cooked.

Take
rice off the stove and set aside to cool. Add brown sugar and butter at this
stage.

Prepare
an oven proof dish. Once rice has cooled to luke warmish. Add in the eggs and
berries (or chosen fruit).

Place
into a preheated moderate oven for approximately 40mins.



Serving suggestions:

Serve
with cream or yoghurt and berry juice.

Delicious
as a dessert or for breakfast.
