Gluten Free Vege Muffins
Stuffin Muffins!
I
thank my close friend and customer for this tip with the muffins, I just had
to pass this one on for the month. Thanks Candy
Simply
mix up your muffin mix as per pack instructions and add more sweetner if you
wish.
Now, divide the
mix into muffin trays - I half filled each tray and got about 16 muffins.
I then used a
variety of fruits to give a few different options to show you.
1. Purchase a
pack of frozen berry mix
2. Use a tin
fruit eg.stewed apples,blueberryies etc.
3. Cut us fresh
fruit of any variety
Now drain them if
using a tin, cut if you wish and "Stuff" your Muffins.
Push them in to
pack in more or sit them on top. Bake until browning on top.
Freeze for a
contrant supply of delicious Spring Muffins.
