Snow Cake



Ingredients:



120g Butter

120g Castor Sugar

2 eggs

225g potato starch

1 tspn baking powder Preheat oven
to 160oC .



Method:

Cream butter & sugar. Add egg
and potato starch.(flour). Stir in baking powder. Beat for approx 5-10mins.
Pour into greased & lightly floured lamington tin & bake for 30minutes. When
cold, ice.
