Gluten Free BreadBanana Bread
Ingredients: � 2 cups Muffin Mix � � cup sugar or sweetener � 1 tblspn butter � 2 eggs � pinch of salt � 2 bananas (very ripe) � � cup sour milk (add a tspn vinegar to milk) � 1 tspn baking powder � 1tspn vanilla Method: Method Sift flour, salt and baking powder and set aside. Combine sugar, butter, beaten eggs, vanilla and bananas. Alternatively add sour milk and flour. Use a loaf tin for a bread-type result. Can be made in a cake tin.
