Chocolate
Easter Buns
Ingredients:
460g (3 cups) Bendy Bread Mix
1 Tblspn butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tspns cinnamon
1 egg
1 Tblspn Coco
1/2 to 1 cup of choc or carob
chips
400mls warm premium whey milk
or other
Method:
Mix all ingredients
together well.
Place in a 12 or 6 space well
greased muffin tray. Add extra chips on top if you wish.
Bake in the oven for 15-20mins
on 160oC.
When the buns have cooked and
cooled you can then make the crosses for the top. Put some cooking chocolate
in a glass bowl in the microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir then cook for
another minute and stir. Continue this until the chocolate has melted.
Let the chocolate cool slightly
then spoon into a sandwich bag . Push the mixture to the corner and snip a
small hole for the mixture to pipe out of.
