Xmas Chocolate Truffles
You will need to bake this recipe:
You will need to bake a batch of the Gluten
Free Vanilla Biscuits.
1 can of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 cup of dessicated cocunut
Method:
Crush with your hands 200g of biscuits
into a bowl down to fairly fine crumbs. A few chuncks doesn't matter. Add
coconut and cocoa. Stir through condensed milk until well combined. With a
teaspoon take a scoop and throw it into a bowl of coconut. This is where I got
my helpful 8 yrs old off sider to roll them in coconut and then roll them into
a ball in his hands. This turned out to be the least messy mind you - lots of
fun.
Place your precious chocolate balls into
the fridge for at least 30 minutes and they are ready to devour.
