Uncontaminated
Oats - Muesli
Ingredients :
* 250g of Uncontaminated Oats
* 1 cup Almond or Hazelnut Meal*
* 1/2 cup dried fruit of any kind - I used
cranberries
* 1/2 cup seseme seeds
* 1/2 cup slivered almonds
* 1 cup of slivered coconut
* 1 cup of Gluten Free Bran (ie, rice bran,
phyliium, amarath)
* 1 cup of LSA mix (linseed, sunflower seed
and almond)
* 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
*1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
You can really add or delete any of the
above ingredients to this mix, it really is the most filling cereal.
This will make you Oats go further.
Method:
Mix all ingredients together into a
tupperware container and store for your next breakfast.
