The Pancake/Pikelet formula is a unique
combination of ingredients
flour, gums, risers and a little sweetner. This gluten free formula is

For delicious Gluten free pancakes
and pikelets as pictured below all you need to do is mix egg and water and for
best results bake on a moderately warm preheated pan or skillet. (which is my
favourite)
*Eat immediately or freeze in
an airtight container and defrost when you require. Great for kids lunch
boxes.
