Brighterlife Bendy Bread
Add to 460g Brighterlife Bread Mix, 400
mls of water, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil. (Optional Salt)
You can then add any additional
flavours you would like, eg, phyllium for fibre, bran, seeds, fruit.
Bake in the Brighterlife Bread Tin
(see below) for 40 mins on a moderately slow oven approx. 160oC.
